About Transbefrienders:
Transbefrienders is a charity in Singapore dedicated to supporting transgender and gender-diverse youths. We provide peer support, community outreach, and educational programs to help young adults build confidence and self-sufficiency.
Position Overview:
We are seeking a creative and passionate Graphic Designer to join our team and help visually communicate our mission and values.
This is an unpaid volunteer position with flexible hours ranging from 2 to 15 hours per week.

Key Responsibilities:

Design visually appealing graphics for social media posts, digital platforms, and print materials

Create branded documents including recruitment packs, participant forms, and training manuals

Develop and maintain graphic design standards and brand identity guidelines

Collaborate with team members to understand design requirements and deliver high-quality visuals

Design informational materials such as brochures, infographics, and educational content

Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and maintaining quality

Qualifications:

Proficiency in graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva)

Strong portfolio demonstrating creative skills and attention to detail

Understanding of typography, color theory, and current design trends

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Passion for supporting LGBTQ+ communities and social impact

Time Commitment:
Flexible schedule, ranging from 2 to 15 hours per week, depending on availability and organizational needs.
